At Bed Point®, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your bed or mattress within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage, stains, or odors.
- Mattresses must have their protective plastic covering intact unless the item is faulty.
- Returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
- Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@bedpoint.co.uk or call 07361 633142 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping or collection.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm your refund.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Delivery or collection charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bed or mattress arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
