Returns & Refund Policy

At Bed Point®, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your bed or mattress within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage, stains, or odors.
  • Mattresses must have their protective plastic covering intact unless the item is faulty.
  • For returns related to colour differences, please visit our Colour Accuracy Policy page.
  • Returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
  • Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@bedpoint.co.uk or call 07361 633142 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping or collection.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm your refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Delivery or collection charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bed or mattress arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team and providing clear photos of the issue.

Important Guidelines

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, do not assemble or use the product.
  • The item must remain in its original condition and packaging so we can arrange a replacement and collection of the faulty item.
  • Customers should contact Bed Point® immediately so that we can organise the correct replacement procedure before the item is assembled or used.

Assembly & Disassembly Charges

  • If assembly services were originally purchased directly through Bed Point®, we will arrange:
    • Disassembly of the damaged item (if already assembled by our team),
    • Collection of the faulty product,
    • Delivery and assembly of the replacement item where applicable.
  • However, if the customer arranged assembly services independently through a third party, Bed Point® will not be responsible for any assembly or disassembly charges paid to external providers.
  • If a customer assembles and uses a damaged product without informing us first, any future disassembly, handling, or collection costs may become the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend contacting us immediately upon discovering any damage so we can provide the quickest and most suitable resolution.
