At Bed Point™, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely so you can enjoy your new bed or mattress without delay. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated delivery times are based on real-world data from previous orders. They are provided for reference and may vary depending on stock levels, delivery location, and courier schedules. All deliveries will be made to the ground floor unless otherwise agreed. Please confirm if you would like the bed to be delivered to a room of your choice.
Our Delivery Service
Most of our orders are delivered using our own delivery vans and team to ensure better care and faster service.
For record and security purposes, our delivery team may take delivery confirmation images at the delivery address. These images are used strictly for internal record-keeping and proof of delivery.
As deliveries are mainly handled by our own vehicles, live tracking is not available. However, customers will receive a delivery time slot notification one day before delivery so they can plan accordingly.
Processing Time
The processing time begins from the date your order is placed. It usually takes 0–3 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, it will be scheduled for delivery.

We deliver across the mainland UK using our own delivery service and trusted courier partners when required to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Important Notes
- Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or in rare cases due to weather conditions, traffic issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure that all shipping address details are correct at checkout. Incorrect information may cause delays or failed deliveries.
- PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses are not eligible for large item deliveries.
- All deliveries are made to ground floor access unless prior arrangements are confirmed.
Tracking Your Order
As most deliveries are completed by our own vehicles, tracking numbers are not provided. Customers will instead receive a delivery time slot confirmation one day prior to delivery via phone or email.
Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped from within the UK. Customers do not need to pay import duties, VAT, or additional customs fees.
