RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Delivery or collection charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
SIZING
To ensure a comfortable fit, please refer to our sizing guides provided on each product page before placing an order. Bed Point® is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection. If you are unsure, contact our customer support team for assistance.
